Leidos, Inc. Legal Department is led by Vincent A. Maffeo, its executive vice president, and the Company’s general counsel. Mr. Maffeo has responsibility for Legal, Contracts and Pricing; Environmental Health and Safety, and Internal Audit. In 2015, the Leidos Legal Department was awarded the Outstanding Law Department of the year award by the Association of Corporate Counsel, National Capitol Region. Leidos’ 30-member department was honored for resolving several significant challenges – including the spin-off of SAIC and resolving a legacy U.S. Department of Justice investigation and shareholder litigation.
