E. Christopher Johnson provides an overview of Thomas M. Cooley School of Law Corporate Law and Finance LL.M. program. Mr. Johnson is a visiting Professor of Law and Director, LL.M. in Corporate Law and Finance and is a member of the school’s nationally recognized Professionalism Department. As former Vice President and General Counsel for General Motors North America, Mr. Johnson brings a wealth of leadership experience to the program.
